India stands at a pivotal moment in its arbitration journey—with growing global confidence in the institutional framework. The Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW) 2025 reemphasises India’s transformation to adapt the international best practices in Arbitration. In a rapidly globalising legal landscape, DAW 2025 will continue to foster cross-jurisdictional dialogue and reinforce the importance of India’s role in shaping the jurisprudence that is both globally respected and locally relevant. With each edition, DAW is widely acknowledged as a confluence of legal minds—uniting leaders, jurists, and practitioners in pursuit of a more robust, efficient, and credible arbitration ecosystem, which continues to shape India’s status as a preferred seat of arbitration.
The importance of arbitration lies in its ability to deliver speedy, affordable and efficient justice, which is free from the constraints of overburdened courtrooms. Delhi Arbitration Weekend is a forum to foster dialogue, encourage institutional arbitration, and bridge global perspectives with Indian realities. Its impact extends beyond academic debate — it shapes policy, inspires reforms, and lays the foundation for India's emergence as a preferred seat of arbitration.

The Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2025 (DAW) has emerged as a flagship event showing the true strength of an arbitration ecosystem in India. DAW is an extension of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre’s (DIAC) thoughtful guidance in the development of arbitration frameworks. With the remarkable growth witnessed at DIAC—both in terms of caseload and global outreach—the third edition of DAW provides an opportunity to build on the momentum through open dialogue, mutual learning and a shared pursuit of procedural excellence where institutions, practitioners, and policymakers will come together to shape the future of dispute resolution, grounded in principles of integrity and excellence in the Indian Alternative Dispute Resolution regime.
3rd Edition of Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2025 (DAW) depicts the commitment of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) to contribute in building a robust arbitration community in India. The Organising Committee of DAW-2025 is proud to create a platform where the leading minds, jurists, practitioners, and institutional leaders will converge from across the globe. DAW has become global phenomena reflecting the collective efforts of the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and DIAC for championing the institutional growth, exchange of ideas, and strengthening India’s position as a trusted and efficient seat for International and Domestic Arbitration.
